While the center of our business is located in Miami Beach and downtown Miami, we also serve Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Miami Shores, North Miami, North Bay Village, and Bay Harbor Islands. Depending on availability we also provide service in Aventura, Fort Lauderdale and South Miami. Please call us to confirm your location!

Q?What methods of payment do you accept?
A.

We accept cash or major credit cards through Paypal. If you opt to use Paypal, this must be arranged when you schedule your cleaning. Paypal payments can be sent to our email at miamishinecleaners@gmail.com.

Q?How long will my cleaning take?
A.

Our completion times will vary depending on the type of service being provided, the size of your property and its current condition. A general estimate can usually be provided over the phone when you schedule your service, but as we tell all our customers, we stay until the job is done!

Q?Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
A.

Yes, we bring everything we need with us.

Q?What kind of cleaning products do you use?
A.

We use only all natural products from leading companies such Greenworks, Seventh Generation, and Mrs. Meyers. They are human and pet friendly!

Q?I have an alternative cleaning product I like to use. Will you use it?
A.

Yes, we are happy to use a particular product or tool you provide if you instruct our staff to do so. We understand that some people have their own preferences even though we stand behind the products we use 100%!

Q?Do I have to be home for my cleaning?
A.

You don’t have to be home, but we always recommend being there at least for your first service with us so that you get to meet our staff personally. If you are not planning on being home, be sure to mention it when you schedule your service so that proper arrangements for getting in and payment can be made.

Q?What if I have to leave while you’re cleaning?
A.

No problem! Simply pay before you leave and instruct our staff on how to lock up when they let themselves out. Also, confirm that they have the best phone number to reach you on in case they have any questions.

Q?How much is the average tip?
A.

Although tips are greatly appreciated, it is up to the sole discretion of the client whether you care to give one. The average tip is $5, but the record is $150! 🙂
